Terms of service

1) General

Please fill out the RMA form completely. We will then inform you of your RMA number for the return and the delivery address. Returns without RMA number will not be accepted by our incoming goods department!


2) Error description

Please fill out the RMA form completely. Please describe the error as detailed as possible. In the case of products that arrive at our premises without an exact description of the fault ("broken", "for repair", "makes noises" etc.), we may return the goods unprocessed for a processing fee of 25,- EUR plus shipping costs and the statutory VAT.

 

3) Unjustified complaints 

In the event of unjustified complaints (no fault detectable, operating error, manual not observed), the goods will be returned for a processing fee of 65,- EUR plus shipping costs and statutory VAT. In such cases, we reserve the right to pass on the flat-rate costs of our suppliers. 


4) Packaging

Please use only the original packaging for the return delivery, as only this provides sufficient protection against transport damage. If this is no longer available, you can also obtain it from us or use your own sufficient transport packaging. Improper packaging will jeopardise the warranty claim. Warranty claims will not be accepted for any damage resulting from this. Please observe the packaging recommendation with our swing packaging. 


5) Cost estimates

The preparation of cost estimates is subject to a charge if the execution of the repair is refused. A cost estimate will be charged with at least 35,- Euro plus the legal value added tax. Disposal of the defective unit will be charged with an additional 17.50 EUR.

 

6) Transport costs

SR System-Elektronik GmbH shall bear the transport costs for returning repaired goods to you in the event of a warranty claim. The sender shall bear the costs for transport and insurance of repaired goods to SR System-Elektronik GmbH. In case of unfree delivery (e.g. postal delivery, please note the delivery charge), acceptance will be refused.


7) Delivery

Delivery is possible from Monday to Thursday between 8 am and 5 pm and on Friday between 8 am and 3 pm.

 

8) Loss of data 

SR System-Elektronik GmbH expressly accepts no liability for the loss or alteration of data (e.g. on hard disks, tape drives, BIOS settings) during repair or configuration. 


9) Final provisions 

SR System-Elektronik GmbH reserves the right to change or amend these terms of service at any time. Apart from that, the General Terms and Conditions of SR System-Elektronik GmbH shall be deemed accepted.)
