RMA & returns

To save you and us time and money on repairs and returns, these are handled via an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) system.

Please fill out the RMA form completely for all SR-Line devices. We will then inform you of your RMA number for the return and the delivery address. Please affix these clearly visible on the outside of the box.

FürFor all other devices, please use the direct contact to the manufacturer, e.g. Samsung, ELO, iiyama, Neovo, SRLine.

Important! Return deliveries must be made free domicile (bring-in), carriage forward deliveries will be refused! Please also note our packaging recommendations.
